The peeled hemp seeds are soft, very digestible and can be integrated into almost any dish. Children especially love hemp seeds, so this source of omega-3 fatty acids can be easily incorporated into children’s diets.
The contained alpha-linolenic acid contributes to the maintenance of a normal cholesterol level. Note that the positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 2 g of alpha-linolenic acid. Two tablespoons of peeled hemp seeds (25 g) cover this recommended daily intake.

The hemp seeds from Austrian cultivation are carefully peeled by machine in our production facility in Heidenreichstein, so that the fatty acid pattern and protein are preserved.
